Refund Policy

A short, fair policy from iiniit — the company that operates Chatsvia. If the product isn't for you, we'll sort it out.

Full refund, no questions asked. Just email us with your account email and we'll process it.

After 7 days

Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your current billing month. No prorated refunds.

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscription plans on Chatsvia (for example, Basic and Premium). It does not apply to the Free plan, which does not involve payment. Chatsvia is operated by iiniit, and any refund is issued by iiniit through the payment method used for the original purchase.

This policy is in addition to — not a replacement for — any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide within 7 days that Chatsvia isn't right for you, we'll refund you in full. No forms. No interrogations. Just email us and we'll take care of it.

Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Refund request". We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days.

You can cancel your subscription any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. After the 7-day window, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing month — you keep full access until then, and we don't charge you for the next month. We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused days in the current month.

If something goes wrong on our side, we want to make it right. We may issue refunds (in whole or in part) outside the 7-day window in situations such as:

    Include your registered account email and the approximate payment date. A short reason is helpful but not required within the 7-day window.

    We aim to respond within 2 business days to confirm the refund or clarify next steps.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the original currency (BDT). Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days after we process it. If your original method is no longer active, we'll arrange an alternative in writing with you.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will appear on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we'll also flag it by email or in your dashboard.
